Regular Registration Rate: $1,285
Daily Rate: $275

Attention Residents

All residents receive a registration fee discount of $100. A letter of certification from your residency chair/training director certifying your residency status is required in order to receive the discount.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to the meeting and are subject to a US $100 processing fee.

• Refunds for the course in San Antonio will not be granted after March 28, 2012 nor will they be given for no-shows.
• Refunds for the course in Chicago will not be granted after May 18, 2012 nor will they be given for no-shows.
